It separates Direct Buy from Fill&Buy, forwarding and MegaShip freight, so each order leaves a different evidence trail for buyers to verify before paying.

iTaobuy works more like a routing platform than a single checkout path. A Taobao or Weidian listing that parses cleanly, a Yupoo album that needs manual instructions, and an item the buyer already purchased do not enter the service the same way. Direct Buy, Fill&Buy and forwarding pull those sources into one warehouse workflow for visible-condition QC, consolidation and international dispatch, while MegaShip extends that workflow into eligible DDP sea freight of up to 3 tons. Review the images promptly rather than treating the 90-day free-storage window as a reason to wait, and remember the warehouse clock is not the seller's return window.
Choose the shipping architecture, not just the cheapest line
Ordinary parcel lines suit typical consumer hauls and should be compared on chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment, compensation and route estimate. MegaShip is a separate DDP sea-freight use case for eligible oversized consignments up to 3 tons to the EU, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. A lower per-kilogram headline does not make sea freight suitable on its own: confirm minimums, destination coverage, item restrictions, handling needs and the live final quote before committing a larger haul.
Follow one cost trail from CNY source price to USD payment
A useful order check records the source price and the agent's displayed total. In the snapshot we reviewed on 2026-09-19, the same Weidian item showed CNY 860 and US$151.29 on iTaobuy, giving 860 ÷ 151.29 = 5.6844 CNY per US$1, plus CNY 15 domestic shipping (US$2.64) and an order total of US$153.93 with international shipping excluded. Treat that as a dated checkout snapshot, not a permanent rate: re-run the calculation for your order and log the date, currency, domestic charges, optional services and freight separately.

Sort each row into the correct buying route
Use Direct Buy when iTaobuy parses a supported marketplace listing. Use Fill&Buy when a Yupoo album, Xianyu offer or private seller needs manual details. Use forwarding only when you buy independently and need the iTaobuy warehouse to receive and consolidate the goods.
Compare the source page with the parsed agent page
Keep the source listing open beside iTaobuy and check seller, item identity, version, size or color, quantity, CNY price and domestic freight. If important details disappear during parsing, stop and correct the route instead of assuming the agent page is complete.
Record the full pre-warehouse cost
Note the source CNY price, iTaobuy's displayed USD price, domestic delivery and any optional service. If you fund the wallet, inspect the selected payment channel's actual-payment amount as a separate checkpoint. Apply coupon thresholds only once the parcel route is known.
Turn QC photos into a decision
Inspect warehouse images as soon as they appear. Accept only when visible details match the order, ask for clarification when photos are inconclusive, and request a return promptly while seller rules allow it. The 90-day storage period is a consolidation window, not a QC deadline.
Build the shipment around the parcel, not the coupon
For a normal haul compare live parcel lines by chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment and compensation. For eligible oversized loads price MegaShip separately and confirm DDP coverage, minimums and handling rules. Then apply a route-compatible coupon and submit.
